Welcome to Resume88. By using our website and tools at www.resume88.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The service

Resume88 is a free tool for creating, editing, and exporting resumes, along with related guides, examples, and resources. The core builder and PDF download are free to use without an account. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; scrape or overload it with automated requests; or use it to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you put into your resume.

3. Your content

The resume content you create is yours. It is stored in your own browser while you work; if you download a PDF, we keep a limited snapshot to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your content.

4. Premium & payments

Some optional features (such as AI writing assistance) require a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Optional donations are non-refundable. One-time Premium unlocks are tied to your browser.

5. Third-party links & ads

The Service shows ads on its resource pages and may link to third-party sites (job boards, partners, affiliates). We're not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those third parties, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

6. No professional advice

Resume88 provides tools and general guidance, not career, legal, or employment advice. We don't guarantee any particular result, interview, or job offer from using the Service.

7. “As is” & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Because your resume is stored in your browser, please keep your own copy of anything important.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
